does any one know if these are still available? I just bought a brazilian envemo super 90 (still have the 308) which has a New Jersey title and is titled as a 1986 Envemo. The car has an 1835cc vw motor with dual webers and absolutely no emissions. It has passed NJ inspection for the previous owner...which I thought was a strickt inspection. Anyway, I will be registering this car in NY and based upon the fact that it is a 1986 car, they will probably want to dyno test it for emissions and I doubt highly that the little aircooled motor with no emissions controls on it will pass...wondering if I can apply for a waiver. Any grey market owners out there have any advice?
