Epoxy flooring

I had a pro do mine. Poly urea. Supposed to be the best. After a couple months, high performance tires bled into the coating and the stains could not be washed out. Turns out the "pro" knew about the issue but forgot to use a different product that didn't have the issue. Now he has to come back and do it again, which will be way more of a pain in the butt because so many things will need to be taped off.
