Ive been in that stand, right on the start finish line and opposite the pits.

Also a big screen infront of you. Only thing is the cars are doing about 300kph when they go past, so the only way to see them coming is to look in the reflection of the windows of the vip area above the pits.

You get to see the circus of the start though, drivers group photo ect.

 

jones stand is at the end of the straight. You get to see them braking and turning into turn one. You're talking about the Fangio stand.
Jones is the best. We used to have the "australian Ferrari Register" (FCA) corporate box in that stand and it was great except costly for the 4 days,.
Brabham stand is opposite us, I've been in both and the jones is the one.
