Esoteric comes through

So as some of you may know, I detail a lot of cars and apply coatings all the time. From the everyday driver to the exotics with full corrections and coating applications...sometimes things get hectic and I forget to order a specific product needed when I bulk order...this time, its was the much needed 22PLE.

I have two cars to coat next week and so I ordered some 22PLE from Todd as usual. Except, this time, I ordered the wrong size as I needed a 50ML for the two cars, but only clicked on the 20ML (enough for one car). After realizing what I did, I called up Esoteric Car Care and explained what happened and sure enough, it was NOT A PROBLEM. Esoteric Car Care removed the 20ML from the shipping box and replaced with the 50ML and it was shipped right then; that was yesterday. This morning I took care of the balance.

Had it not shipped yesterday, I would not have gotten it in time for the first car and I would have to reschedule that correction and give the guy a discount for my error. instead, its full retail value still and I don't have to reschedule!
