I think the current wisdom is to drain it.........

Dave Helms is the guru of all things fuel line related.....it can seriously damage your aluminum tanks.......

Just fill it up with ethanol-free unleaded racing gasoline. VP, Sunoco, Rockett, Elf, etc.

Adding Sta-Bil is all you need to do to preserve the fuel and prevent ethanol problems with corrosion/separation. Follow the directions for the amount to add and be sure to run the car after you've added the Stabil to be sure it's in the entire fuel system from tank to injectors before you put the car away. I usually run at least 10 miles after adding stabil/gas before storage. I have had my 328 stored with Sta-Bil in the fuel for up to 7 months (never less than 5 months) and the car starts instantly - just as it does if it had fresh gas and been running the day before.

I just go to my local marina that carries NON ethanol fuels for marine craft. It sure works! The water stays separated and doesn't lay in carbs and injectors!
