    Looking to buy a 2000 360 Euro. Owner who is the 3rd has no info on conversion or a certificate of conversion. In order to title the car in the US must a conversion be done. Also must the speedo and odometer read MPH/Miles. Does the VIN get changed at conversion, lights etc
