    Good day All,

Given the recent sale of intrepidcva11's 412 (http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ferraris/480067-my-412-here-my-friends-forum.html), I took a quick peek at Mobile.de's asking prices... and I have to say that the asking prices have increased dramatically from the last few years...

    365 GT4 2+2's: 99K - 139K Euro ($106.92K USD - $150.12K USD)
    400's: 48K Euro - 65.9K Euro ($51.84K USD - $71.17K USD)
    412's: 79K Euro - 139K Euro ($85.32K USD - $150.12K USD)

Remember these are asking prices and the data is only from one site... but the data does provide an indicator...

    Cheers,

    Sam

Do I need to rethink my asking price of $30,000 on the two 400ai's I have? They have every mechanical item addressed. Interior redone and paint finished. Should I list them in Europe. I could just enjoy the finished product.

Mine is 77 automatic and I'm thinking of selling it for $48,000, but after what I saw, I think it will be at least double in Europe.

If you are interested in selling, especially in Europe then you should monitor those adds to see what the cars are really selling for.

I bought my 400GT in Germany in 2012. Since then the prices on 400i on european sites are up at least 50%. I was then looking at 5-speed 400i for about 20-40000 euro. The 5-speed GT was near impossible to find so I have no comparison for this model.

Things have changed for sure. Now is the time to buy if you want one.

prices have shot up , also there are very few adverts now, there were about 25, 400 ads alone a couple of years ago ,now its down to single figures and I think now there are only 6 and only 1 is manual and its for 65000 euros!

What is the time interval from "ad placement" to "printed edition"....don't magazines tend to "lag the market", especially in a fast-moving environment? But i agree that 60% differential is huge and something is askew.

    ...not aware of condition.
But certainly there is upward price movement for the right quality of car.
