    I am having trouble trying to buy some parts off a eurospares parts car. The guy that I am communicating to takes days to get back to me. Is there someone that you could recommend or a toll free phone number?

    I have also. The problem happens when you need something that is not "off the shelf" It does not look like they have chat or something that is interactive except a phone call.

    I’ve always had good luck corresponding with Claudio via email. That was a few years ago by now though.

    I've always had good luck with their chat feature...of course it will be odd hours when they are active if you are in the US

    I’ve never received an acknowledgement or reply on any inquiry.
