Good afternoon everyone. You may have seen a few of my recent posts.... I am tracking down a condensation water leak on my 456. It is coming from the passenger side....but in the area below the Expansion Valve, and below the "Anti-White Frost Feeler". I have looked at the diagrams available and it looks like that is a cover on the right side and I am thinking there must be a rubber gasket under what appears to be some kind of cover?

Anyone have any experience with this? I drips quite profusely feels like it's coming from around that area... I really don't want to pull the evaporator out... but I guess I may have to?

I have a similar car (Aus Spec RHD) which leaked water in the footwell and got to the stage it sprayed out of the AC vents. We found that it was simply a blocked condensate discharge pipe. The solution was to 'lightly' blow compressed air into that drainage pipe from underneath the car. Car hoist was handy.

Alas... I only wish it were such an easy solution.... I pulled both drain lines and cleared all..... condensate flows easily out the drains.... for some reason, I am getting this condensate escaping on the passenger side of the evaporator housing...... thank you for the suggestion though!!
