Event Details ( MidNight Run) Meet at the W hotel at 9:30. You pull into the Valet area and you will be instructed where to park your car. ( in or around the valet area) You will enter the hotel lobby bar (hostess will show you where) and you will be given the exact route. At 10:45 we will get a police escort out of town and we will begin the run through NYC. We will make quick stops ( for photo opps) in Times Square and The Meat Packing District. We will end up back at the hotel where all are invited to the Chandelier room for cocktails. Friday October 26, 2012 * There will be Press at the event. If you do not want your car photographed please let me know when you arrive.
