Friend of mine just got back from there and loved it. Our styles differ somewhat so not sure. Said it was pretty undeveloped, but beaches were white sand and houses have doubled in value. On beach going for $1MM and off beach for maybe $500K that sold for $200K a couple years ago.

I am generalizing, but wondered if this is an investment opportunity area in FL or is it victim to the inflated prices too? Just seems that since it isn't developed very well yet there might be opportunity?

Indian Pass is a beautiful area...just before you get to Cape San Blas. That area is not developed at all. If you are looking for a beach house that is somewhat secluded from tourists, that is the place. Beautiful beaches as well.

One of my best friends had his wedding this past April in Indian Pass. Of all the places and beaches to choose from, and he's lived in the panhandle region for 15+ years, he chose Indian Pass.
