    Okay, thanks.

I received a call today from Todd Simpson, a six time NHRA and IHRA national event winner. He made his mark running top alcohol funny cars and top alcohol dragsters. He is going to field a fuel funny car at the NHRA Fall Nationals in Ennis, Texas at the Texas Motorplex at the end of this month. The car was built by Whit Bazemore and is a strong runner. A week ago he put down a 4.08 at 298 mph in a full quarter. He is not new to the fuel funny car as he has run it for a couple of years at different events. Some of his accomplishments include class wins at the Fall Nationals at Texas Motorplex, Spring Nationals, Mile High Nationals and 3 time Division 4 NHRA top alcohol funny car champion 6 NHRA Nationals wins.

Todd said he is looking for a one event sponsor just for this meet. The sponsor is not being expected to cover all expenses, just items such as nitro fuel, slicks etc. The package would include a reskin of the car in the design of the sponsors choice. It could include an appearance by the car and driver and would include access to the team area at the Fall Nationals. He says he would also consider a car sponsor for next years racing season if anyone is so inclined. The Fall National sponsorship would be counted into the package for next year and would help reduce the average cost per meet. If anyone is interested you can PM me and I can give you more information and put you in contact with Todd.

If the name Simpson sounds familiar you might think about Simpson racing trailers...........
