I have an e-mail list of customers that have done business w/ us over the years that is now over 5000 addresses. We send these people monthly specials, tips, etc. My problem is that many addresses have been saved more than once, so we have their e-mail address in our list multiple times. Then when we go to send out a correspondence, the ones that are in ther multiple times get multiple e-mails. Is there any way to automatically sort out the duplicate addresses w/o having to painstakingly go through the entire list page by page manually looking at each one, then highlighting them and deleting them? I went to the "Help" section on Excel, but can't find how to do it or if it is even possible. Thanks in advance, Jerry.

The tip above is good but you may still have duplicate email addresses after because you might have inputted a name in one record as "Sam" while in another record as "Samuel". I think with a list of 5000 names, you might be better off trying the above AND sorting the records by email address to manually check for duplicate entries.
