Can anyone help? I need to exchange the driver side window power motor of a M575; I succeeded to take off the door panel, but now it seems the motor is fixed on the mechanics from the inside; do I have to take out the complete window lifting mechanic to change the motor? Rgds Pat

Yes, correct, shall I take out item 5 completely to get access to the (3) screws 12? I have the complete replacement item 11 available.
Can't help you with the details of whether or not you'll need to remove item 5 -- but I will that say F made a design mistake if you can't remove screws 12 with item 5 in place.
