Exhaust and stance- If you considering what and who?

I have an allocation (deposit is in) and the waiting game has started. First time Ferrari buyer and lucky to get an allocation due to health issue with one of their VIP's. Long time Porsche and R8 buyer and making the exciting leap to scratch an itch. 12 cylinder naturally aspirated engine of the 812's and now the 12c is next steps.

I saw one in person and after countless hours of research I am wondering a few things.

1. If you were to change the exhaust, what is the preferred OEM? Who would you have do the work?
2. If you wanted to lower it what is the preferred OEM? Who would you have do the work?

I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder and cannot be judged objectively. I am thinking of a dark menacing spec black on black with yellow accents. Possibly putting a matte PPF after I take delivery. I saw some inspirational images here... https://www.lomarefined.com/pages/ferrari-12cilindri

I doubt I will want to fiddle with either right away but interested in this communities opinions for those that might consider lowering the car or making it louder.

After seeing more pictures the dealers new demo might have looked higher than normal. Question- In the springs or shocks is there any adjustability the dealer can have to affect stance?

 

Do you know if the factory coilovers are adjustable?
