Was wondering if anyone can help me out here....
One of my exhaust bypass valve actuators has gone bad; the vacuum diaphragm is bad compared to the other side that is good. Can this item be purchased separately and relatively easily installed or do I need to buy a whole new system?
    Thank you for your help.

Disconnect both bypass valves. Then you will have that loud exhaust music all rhe time. Did mine and l love it.

Interested in knowing the parts list, source, any machining/metal work? The bracket looks great by the way!

I think one of my valves might be bad, I hear a metal jingle coming from the exhaust.

Can anyone inform how you guys determined your valve was bad?

obbob - The valves are open all the time. Sounds great going up and down the gears around town & canyons, but the drone at steady state on longer drives gets real old for me & the Mrs. Gots to keep the Mrs. happy so I can keep adding to the stable.
My car is now at my great local independent specialist taking a look at installing the Ferrari recommended replacement part. Per Scuderia Parts, Ferrari said they would provide installation/adaptation instructions if I purchased them. Now Scuderia Parts says they cannot provide & I have to have the dealer install them? Scuderia Parts has abandoned me!
I will post how this all turns out.

PS: It's the diaphragm actuator that is bad, not the valves in my case.

Get her some earplugs. Or if she likes music some earphones. Cheap.

Update 7/30/19: R2 Racing in Santa Clarita, CA installed the replacement diaphragm actuators (Ferrari P/N is 70003133) today in a snap; thank you Raffi!. I have the Forza remote valve controller & it's back to normal operation. Scuderia Car Parts provided very poor service on purchasing the diaphragm actuators; I highly suggest you purchase elsewhere.
