I own a 92 Diablo and would like to upgrade the exhaust system. Any suggestions including anticipated costs. I live in Southern Utah and there are few, if any, shops that want to touch the car. Also, any recommendations on the intake system, including filter improvements. Thanks, Rick

The Diablo is my favourite supercar. However I've never heard an awesome sports exhaust for that car yet. The best one I've heard is the Kriessieg which sounds pretty good during acceleration but quite tame and dissappointing when revving the engine during standstill. MS-RACING for the Diablo sounds too quiet and tame. Tubi is average loudness but nothing special. I can fart louder than Larini. Looks like no company has yet produced a Diablo sports exhaust that sounds anywhere near as impressive as a Tubi'd Gallardo or Murcielago. Is there a good one that I havn't heard?

I decided to go the route and make my own. I wasn't impressed with tubi at all. It was no better than stock.

I really haven't heard what alot of others sound. I wouldn't go listening to a tubi on a murci or Gallardo...totally different sound than a Diablo...it would be a bad comparison.

I wanted a louder and throatier sound for myself. I got what I wanted plus more power,

    here's a preview.

I have a tubi on my SV. I have heard Diablos with stock exhaust and I have to say that the tubi is a huge improvement and I am very happy with mine. The car is loud. My kids plug their ears when I start it in the garage. At low RPM there is a great rumble and as the revs rise so does the noise and the pitch. I do have the second stage cats removed so this may add to the difference, but I am very happy. To me, it sounds better than the Capristo and Borlas I have heard. Just my humble opinion.
