    Hi everyone, i'm wondering if anyone know how to explain how works the exhaust valves of 599 gtb...i know that when the car it's stopped and they 're open, but then they close an a certain engine rpm?? is there a way to keep them open all the time?? thank you

    They are fail open. All you have to do is remove the vacuum hoses and plug them.

    i understand and do these valves open at 3000 or 4000 rpm? i think i read somewhere

    It varies with Manettino selection and throttle position. I know the numbers for the 575M and F430, but it is not in the 599 WSM. C1.14 shows how it works and how to service the bypass system, but not its operating range. Here is the F430 schedule, so you can see it varies quite a bit.

    You can assume it opens around 3000 rpm at wide open throttle in Race.

    I seem to recall they opened at around 4000 rpm in Sport mode.
