    My rear muffler makes a rattle sound ,the problem is the tag With the serial# what is welded on ,is loose.Can I go to a local place like Firestone etc and have it spot welded or is there an epoxy that can take the heat from the exhaust.

    Yeah mate, take it to get repaired at ANY exhaust/welding shop. :):)

    Just make sure its a MIG or TIG weld with stainless filler rod. Anything else will rust.
