    Calling all exotic lovers...

Participate with some of the coolest and fastest cars on earth…like the Ferrari Enzo, Porsche Carrerra GT, Ford GT, Mercedes SLR McCLaren and the Lamborghini Murcielago…at the Exotic Car Show to Benefit Special Kids Network and Stefani Children’s Foundation. It’s Saturday, September 10, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Tuscany in Wheeling, complete with awards, contests, raffle prizes, a silent auction, and lots of family fun! For more information, or an application, call Di Ann McCoy at 847-903-6942 or Trevor Brody at 847-444-9444. You can also click on www.specialkidsnetwork.org

Mike Epifanio and Russ Cole will be on hand participating in the day's activities.

Was there last year (the 1st year).

The charity is worthwhile; the awards were a farce.

I plan to go, but not sure if we have to pre-register or not. Do we just show up? Who has the low down on this event?

If it is anything like last year, go Rick. You'll have fun. Main player last year was one of the most kind and inviting people I ever talked to on the phone and brought a slew of fun cars ( Enzo, CGT, Maybach. ) Best shows are the ones where people do not hesitate to support each other and this one was one of them. Can't remember a time I saw so many 360s. Grey Poupon laden Rolls was a crowd favorite as well. Luv1abulls, nice Italian food, FCA, LFSC, Continental figures mixing it up with anyone, just a fun event... just make sure you throw some bids down at the silent auction. The cars are a secondary role compared to helping out the kids is my guess!

I like the idea that they are using the cars to help out kids. I have told Frank that we should try to do our own thing to raise money for those in need.
I'm going to try clear out my schedule and go to this thing and make my donation.

I guess I will tag along with Rick..

    Thanks!

This all sounds cool, but I still have my initial question. Do we have to register or can we just show up? So who else besides Vince and myslef are planning to attend? I think Carla stated she was, so that's three.

P.S. For those who are Michigan or ND fans, we are working on a deal to bring a Big Screen TV and leather couches to watch the game. In addition we may be able to show some racing as well.
