    On a 2004 360, no coolant issues, no indicator light on, no leaks. Checked expansion tank when cold. Expansion tank is dry. Is this normal?

    Just fill it up to 1 inch from the top... (open when cold)

    And check periodically if it stays the same...

    Not normal. I *think* the stated level is 40mm from the top of the threads the cap goes onto.

    I use deionised water and blue antifreeze mixed 50:50.
