Expensive service coming my way...

    Just popped my 612 in for its annual service, as fate would have it I noticed it running slightly rough on idle and got an Engine warning light just before it went in. Turns out this is a leaking gasket. It's also due to have new belts. So the entire service is going to be something like:

    - New gaskets
    - New belts
    - New air filters (the current ones were described to me as 'filthy'
    - New oil filter + oil
    - New brake fluid (+pads?)

    Anyway hopefully when it comes home it'll be like new :)

    We have a saying in the US.... pay me now or pay me later.

    Meaning: It's better to get it done now before it gets worse and costs even more.

    So, look at the bright side -- it could be WORSE!
