    I recently got a tour of the showroom and service department and was impressed with the new facility and the salesman. They serviced my car many years ago so I thought about bringing it back. The service department seemed nice when I called. But I never got a call back to schedule it and then no response the next day after I left a message.

    Is this place worth another call back?

    the Triarsis, who also own and operate Ferrari/Maserati dealer Classic Coach in New Jersey, are the best.

    Well

    Long term customer of both sales and service.

    Unfortunately with the expansion there is so much business many places have lost their personal touch.

    I receive excellent service but do have to pursue my Service Agent at times. Once there no issues.



    Will continue to go and have all my warranty and non warranty work done. Period

    I moved to Orlando in 2008 and have been a regular service customer ever since.

    Yes, with the increased volume of Maserati and Alfa service, wait times have increased a bit, but level of service and attention have not diminished. Great bunch all around.

    They have a specialty in older rare FCARS. They can store while parts are obtained unlike smaller shops.

    I love stopping in just to see in various stages of disassembly
