Screaming down the freeway last fall with a Yellow Gallardo coming back from a drive we did. That pretty much takes the cake. The grin says it all......

I remenber a travel made in Costa Blanca on board a 308 GTS QV,
the bad weather go away and replace by the sun.
I decided to stop and put the roof behind seats, the car takes the Targa version.
I will remember for many years the great hours passed with this car.
The lines was elegante in version GTS, and this blood red gives
to the car a charactere very sport.
I put the contact, and took the road to go in Javea, i like these small roads,
dangerous virage and the magnificience of land gives a particular emotion
I was like a in competition it looks Targa Florio. The sound of the V8
was fabulous, my hand fly to the little black ball to the steering wheel,
the regime engine was like a nice a pretty music, the road cames small
when the speed be hight, the air was over parts inside the cars.
I found a emotion that i never imagine before, it was like an old race
for a moment, i thaught i was one of them.

On a run with a bunch of other f cars and my 16 year old son in the passenger seat. The look on his face when he saw my wipers lift off the windshield of my 82 Mondial "at speed"*

*Semi professional driver on a semi closed course. No actual children (or wipers) where harmed during this activity.

As part of celebrating my recent major birthday we stopped for lunch at a Chinese restaurant. The fortune in my cookie said “Whatever you want to do, do it. There are only so many tomorrows”. The “Learn Chinese” word on the back was “automobile”. Later that afternoon we stopped at an exotic car dealership on a whim. I walked in and there was a beautiful shiny black 308 QV. It really was love at first sight. And now it’s mine.

A friend and I completed the 30K major on my 308QV two weeks ago in my garage. We re-degreed the cams, installed new belts, gaskets, bearings, seals, and a rebuilt alternator... we turned the key to hear her purrrrrrr!

That was the best moment with my 308...I had been stressing over doing a major myself (with some help) for a very long time.

It has to be when I bought my first Ferrari (a Mondial Qv), I couldn't believe I had actually got one, I had driven loads befoe as my boss had quite a few in the time I worked for him, but you always have to them back.
Driving home from the chap I had bought it off I was beaming from ear to ear knowing I don't have to give it back!!

The most emotional experience I had was driving my 308gt4 after its purchase.
Driving home for 150 miles I realized that my dream came thru after 15 years of hard work and savings.
I was close to hyperventilating for 10 month, every time a drove the car. The sound, the feel and smell were just overwhelming. After twenty some years later I still drive it today and from time to time it reminds me that moment. The passion lives on.
I arrived to this continent with five dollars and without speaking English after
escaping from Czechoslovakia the Russian occupation in 1968.
The reason I bring this up to remind other “dreamers” not to give up.

The first time I went to a track event with my 360. Being surrounded by all of those Ferraris and knowing that in my pocket are the keys to one - well that made my day.

Just about everytime I strap on my race car & thunder onto a track and find a worthy opponent is a great time

At the FCA annual meet in CA a few years ago I ran away from the field in front of some FNA people, That was great

JUst about every time I cruise SoBe in the Slutmobile is a great time

Most memorable - Taking my son to the USGP in the 328 for his 16th birthday (and rolling over to 20,000 miles the same day). This is a shared memory we'll both have for the rest of our lives.
