Explain this to me, NFL content

The 49ers had the worse offense in the league, #32 of 32 teams. Why on earth do the Green Bay Packers hire the offense cooridinator of the worst team on offense to turn around their team? On the flip side, Green Bay had the #18 offense. It appears the team is pandering to Farve, which I do not understand. Brett is long past his prime, and is a single Super Bowl winner. There are several other active quaterbacks that have a Super Bowl ring and no one is catering to them, most of them are on different teams than team they lead to the promise land. Let's see if Brett rewards Green Bay by retiring or having more INTs than TDs next season.

 

I know what you mean, I read that hiring and scratched my head - but if they were pandering to Favre alone don't you think they would have grabbed Mooch?

 

I don't see a problem??? Advertisers got their airtime, fans paid their tickets to see, concessions made their profits, cheerleaders did their dance successfully and most people had a great time. What exactly broke down in the proccess?
