I attended my first fna tech school in 1981 and the most recent in 2004. While taking 12 years off to participate in INDY cars gaining the position of chief mechanic for drivers such as Mark Blundel I now return to texas to offer my experience and knowledge as needed to the Ferrari world of Dallas. I would appreciate any support. Thanks
well whilst Explor(e)ing the needs you may want to fill in your profile to tell us who you are.... there is a very loyal following for some phantom mechanics but those are usually phantom owners
Good suggestion! Or is it sudjestion? Info on the way and the purpose is for eveyone to know who I am.
Are you looking for a job as a mechanic, or offering to fix our cars? I'm a little confused, it's not unusual.
Ditto. Are you looking for work or just offering advice? Do you have a shop or do you do housecalls? Rates? SD2? Are you certified? I am a lot confused and like Jim, it's not unsual.
Steve, You worked on my 512TR a year ago in Plano. It was Ferrari of Dallas when I left the car and Boardwalk when I picked it up. Are you still at Boardwalk or working independently? Let us hear. I remember the spirited test drive in my car when you completed it! Ron Judy
At this point I am still at Boardwalk and hope to maintain that relationship. Things are drastically different in the service department now and my personal goal is to establish relationships and be available to help in any way I can. I'm not sure how the Boardwalk management will feel when they read my post but I hope they understand that they have my full support. In my position the line is very narrow between personal and proffessional activity. I find that several Ferrari owners are also involved in some form of racing and, in good faith, is where I should focus any work outside of the dealership.
