    A good friend of mine is having his grand opening Express Teriyaki restaurant this Saturday the 4th at 11am. The shop is brand new, he has built it from the ground up since early January. It's finally opening this weekend. There's a few of us that will be taking our cars there to help out and attract customers. I can't promise any free food but there will definitely be a discount. Viet will also be there helping at the front for those that haven't seen her.

    We'll be there between 10:30am till about 1-2pm-ish. Here's the address: 5916 NE Fourth Plain Blvd Ste.101, Vancouver WA 98661

    Short ribs only $6.75? What a deal! Unfortunately I will be in Victoria, BC this weekend.

    Are they open now? I might be in the area on Thursday for lunch...is this anywhere near SW WA Med Ctr?

    They won't be open till this Saturday. Yes it is by SW WA Med Ctr, it's just West of there.

    Oh, had no idea. I thought I had missed meeting someone. Since I'm at most of the drives and get-togethers I was wondering who that could have been? Thanks. Obviously I did miss meeting someone! :D

    Short ribs I'm there! I'll be there a little before 11am Sat. Good reason to take the bull out of the cage for some excercise.

    Any one else from F-chat NW going? Perhaps go for a drive afterwards? Weather looks good:)

    Can't make it.. We'll be over in the Couve tomorrow but we have family obligations... I'll still be out in the Ferrari though baby!!!

    Sorry, got there a bit late and missed everyone. :( Though I did get some food to go, very tasty. Wish I could have gotten there sooner, crap. But damn it all I was there!!!

    Glad we were able to drop by for a few!!! I will have to go back over sometime after a haricut and try the food... Glad you got a chance to hear the 355 at full scream!!! Of course Kellie said that I threw her back out with my lightning quick shifts.. But the 355 sounds good... That is why I keep struggling with adding a capristo or not.. It sounds awesome now when I am in the gas but man, I think the capristo would bring the shriek out more!!!

    What time did you all leave? Looks like a few were there. I like the looks of the parking set-up better than when I was there. Very busy place, I was worried I was going to get door dinged!

    We started leaving around 1:30-2ish. It was a busy little plaza, good thing they gave us cones to block off our little car show. You had prime parking no way door dings for you.

    Yeah, it turned out pretty good. The car show helped out with the foot traffic. The food was great, the meats were all pre-marinated and super tender. I might head back for dinner. :D

    I got there after everyone was gone, about 2:20 or so. No blocked off area for me! :( Made it out unscathed though! :D
