WTF: Snow showers predicted for tomorrow morning?!?
Hmmm... funny I was thinking about this thread today. Well, actually, not so funny. I guess we're back in that time of year when you just never know if a run you plan is really going to happen, or just be a bunch of people flying ferraris in the snow and freezing rain.
Don't hate the weather. there's so much to use it for! create some .mpg shorts out of our run footage snuggle up with the S/O catch up on old work dream up projects for the spring Plan the next run! Don't think, just do it
I'm just waking up to a lite dusting of snow!! Woo hoo!! Guess I'd better go get my plow hooked up to my TR...
Ed P. the snowman, was a tall pool buildin' fool with a mon-di-al and a lake-front-house with some kids who row'd the boat There must have been some sugar in that food he gave the kids, for when they ate it for breakfast, they began to bounce of walls...
Not sure what the fuss is about and why this thread is up on top right now. This is what it looks like out my window, and for me that means driving. Anyone else want to go out for a spin give me a call.
Emil, This must have flown over their heads (or I'm the only one appreciated your work enough to add to it)
Truly Gifted. That's Emil for you. Maybe not always understood. But always genius whether understood or not. Okay, enough Emil praising. That was fun for a few posts. But on to something else.
He's been reading too much Dr. Seuss again. Next we'll see If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port, And the bus is interrupted as a very last resort, And the address of the memory makes your floppy disk abort, Then the socket packet pocket has an error to report!
I am so cranky that I did not grab my car on Friday from Technik1. Oh well, I'll get it tomorrow. PS: they put in the iPod interface for my stereo. AWESOME!
You'll have to show me what they put in - that's something I've been wanting to get done. Can't wait to stop using the trunk-mounted-CD-scratcher that comes standard!
I got an Alpine head unit in the car. Looks good - not very "bling". Sort of conservative. The iPod sits on the device bus along with a 12 disc changer and an analog input. The playlists and tracks from the iPod show up on the head unit. Use CD changer controls to navigate -- or search for tracks. The iPod interface sports an upsampler, too, so it sounds great. Highly recommended -- if you're living in the digital world.
