Thanks for this! So the power15 is not what people on here are calling the factory warranty extension? How much …in Florida should Power15 cost?

correct-- I mentioned it a while back that the factory 'warranty extension' is exactly that -- an extension in term (years) covering all parts, mirroring the 3 yr factory warranty. ALL other types of extended service contracts with whatever name are not the same thing... different coverage. I do not know the Florida price as I've never bought or sold one but I could find out pretty quickly with a phone call if no one else answers you.... of course, it will vary for diff cars 8 cylinder, 12 cylinder etc... and may also vary in coverage based on year of the car and there are probably diff versions of the power contract as well with diff names.... but whichever one someone would choose, the sales price will be the same for everyone in Florida... other states can/will markup over dealer cost.

Warranty Extension mirrors the original / initial 3 year coverage
Power15 has listed coverage, what I posted above ( Post# 123 ) outlines what is and is not covered

MSRP pricing is as outlined in this thread for all 5o states:

Australian information was a bit slow. @SAFE4NOW I do sincerely appologise Turbos are now included.

However Australia Ferrari pointed out to me Turbos are not the real concern ( well unless there has been a tune or removal of exhaust cats ) but leaks.

Apparently they have had several V8's with engine seal leaks and only with full factory cover will it be covered ( apparently very expensive )

I also was told Ferrari views clients that have the extended factory warrenty 4+5+6+7 as loyal customers and will get looked after when in Power 15 after the 7th year for items not covered.

Truly it is a mind game. The car is great , reliable etc but the full factory warrantee is piece of mind.

    So confusing !

Well it got the better of me. Took out the 6 and 7 years full factory warrantee. What can I say ? IMO a waste since nothing claimed on the 4 and 5 years but I feel better now and dont think about it.
At least one consolation is that when I'm on Power Warrantee it will be logged that the car isn't modified, and I did the best I could to look after it and any items not covered the dealer would put a good case forward to Ferrari for me.

Note the only reason why I was thinking of not going forward was whether the Turbos were covered under the Power Warrantee. As pointed out they are so I'm happy now :)

Mandalay…nice…. Well I have this same big decision to make before October too. My car have Novitec springs on it and my local dealer says it won’t pass for the extra warranty unless I remove them and put my stock springs back on. I just hated the jacked up look and the car leaning over in turns. My 488 isn’t slammed low but around the height the press cars were at I saw in photos…my 488 was super high for some reason.
