The book recommended by Marcel could be referred to as the Bible for these cars. It will give you the information you seek, but it is also the best resource for checking authenticity of your vehicle when you have questions.
I have purchased the book.... but unfortunately, I could not find any information regarding external/internal colors for this VIN or other registries! I wonder where I can find this information besides the options list.
