Extra sets of wheels with tires & storage suggestions?

    Looking for suggestions on what to do with long term storage of extra sets of wheels (street / stock) with tires on them.

    Read that a best practice is to plastic bag them individually, vac out air and stack flat.

    Currently the wheels are standing side by side braced so that they will not fall over, no weight on top, inflated. One set has old rubber, second set new (less than 500 mi).

    Does it matter? Prefer to leave as is.

    If you want to preserve the rubber, store in black (or other opaque) bags. I built a very simple rack to keep mine off the floor, just a rectangle made of wood that keeps the tires off the ground and allows me to move all of them at once. Then I can stack more rectangles on top for more tire storage.

    I bought a rack just like the one above, but in red (to match my 360). Shope around on Amazon and eBay. They're pretty much all nearly the same and prices vary widely. Was very easy to install.

    I black garbage bagged my wheels with tires mounted on them as othrs have suggested. Be careful lifting them onto the rack - they can be heavier than you imagine!
