Over here, it seems to be that most Americans insist on cutting with the right hand, then switching the fork into the right hand to eat. What a waste of time and energy.

One of my clients who has had the aggregate total of over $1MM of cars outstanding on lease at any given time in a year with the same leasing company for the last 10 years, has no record of this on his bureau. Apparently XYZ Leasing can't be bothered to send in reports.

I go to get him another unit with a different lease company that has rates about one percent less and they were balking at approving it without more information. Even though the bureau shows him paying 6 figure AMEX baalnces off in full every month for the last 15 years.....etc....etc....etc....just no car leases on file.

Here's where it gets interesting....I told them to call XYZ leasing and they said we can't do that....it has to be on the bureau.

That was the last deal I ever sent to that company.......

 

One practice that pisses me off is that banks will look at your debt ratios BEFORE giving you a loan and not take into consideration what your ratios would be AFTER you pay off items (Like with a home eqity loan).

I tried to get a $75K business loan against one of my properties that is worth $280K and I own it outright. All of the banks came back with "We don't loan on rental properties"! They are all out to lunch in my book. I really hate banks at times. Piss on 'em!

 

You better learn to suck it up if this was a customer. If not, hire a person that will not get frustrated while watching a client eat peas. You can kiss off your customer base in the long-run without face to face meetings. This is the place where you build relationships with people that actually want YOUR company!

PS: Go dine with Chinese businessmen that speak very little English and slop down huge wads of noodles with half of it on their suits....Go eat with an American with bad table manners who will only talk with their mouth full of food and blow their nose at the dinner table until you wanna puke! It could be a lot worse, so quit your complaining my friend!..........You need a kart day with me to blow off some steam!

 

Did you know that in WWII that the German spies were caught by British intelligence because they didn't hold the fork the way the Brits do. Think about it............your lives could be different today.
