CBS usually broadcasts 3 races per season, the rest are on Speed TV. Times are all completely dependant upon the country in which the race is being held, assuming you wish to watch the race live.

Definetely varies, live races can vary from 2am to 2PM. For instance China/Japan are on at 1/2 AM and US/Canada/Brazil are on at 12 Noon. There are also tape delays of race so you can also catch the early morning ones at more reasonable times.

Usually there's a small group of us here on FChat who "watch" via live timing as a supplement to the television broadcasts and have a live chat in progress at the same time. Applies to practice and qualifying also. The tv broadcasts on Speed are on the average a 5 minute delay from real time happenings.
