True, but whatever comes next will be superior to the F12 in all aspects. The entire high end car market seems strong right now, but I'd expect the usual 10-20 year depreciation curve to apply eventually.
Low miles SA just had the selling bid of $400k at Amelia, cars with 5k-10k miles are nowhere near , a number of them offered at high $300k and sitting with no takers. $500k is not realistic, not for a while.....
