Andi, I had one out once and though did not put it on a scale, I would guess high 50's or even low 60's. I remember swapping sports seats for gt3 seats in my porshce and the weight savings was 70lbs, so the oem seats in the case of the porsche weighed around 55lbs each and they are fairly similar. Andi I have one as an office chair I weighed it the chair with the swivel is 75lbs if I estimate 20 for the swivel mechanism I would say about 55lbs. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Martin- that is a very cool 355 executive chair you have there- would you care to share with us how you made it / purchased it? Did you happen to find the seat in a "parts only" 355? And the picture in the background really adds to your office... I'm jealous! Eric
Thanks Earl I got it from Los Angelas Dismantlers who were advertizing them on line, they do various cars and looks to me like its a brkt from a regular office chair thats been bolted to the frame of the seat.
Thanks dont forget Birthdays yours and the cars then 4th July etc. always some celebration that justifies a Ferrari present.
