As much as I like the friendliness of Lake Forest Sportscars, I find it particularly odd that a high end dealership lets non customers walk through the service department. I've done it myself, but still think it's odd.

    IMHO

Oh, I can assure you, they're not so friendly; took me three hours to get those VINs yesterday.

Yeah, it is pretty interesting that they let people do that- but then again, they know they are a very special place..... and we don't go to Chevy or Toyota dealers to check out their service bays. I've been going there since they were at their old shop in LF and learned that if you carry yourself well and act/talk respectful there's no problem.

On their website it looks like they are selling a Regera build slot. Just though I'd point that out.

Exactly. Funny thing happened at the old LFSC on N.Western. Chicago Bear free agent R.W. McQuarters had just signed a multi-year multi-million dollar contract with the Bears.

He and an associate (I'm being kind) walked into their showroom and announced "I'm here to buy a Lamborghini" When owner Rick Mancuso informed him that they don't sell Lamborghini's, R.W. McQuarters walked up to a 360 Modena and ran his finger along the car (i.e, Ferris Buhler on the 250 California) and demanded the keys for a test drive.

Mr. Mancuso threw him and his associate out of the store.

    True story.

The LaFerrari gets tiresome after looking at it but that Enzo never gets boring.
