For Sale from Manhattan Motor Cars http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350299214809
I just emailed the seller and they were nice enough to disclose the reserve which is $825k. Are you ready to bid now??
if you look in the first photo...it looks like an f40 and a 288gto behind it. Wow what an opportunity to have 3 out of 4.
lol i know ill never get it, but i wldnt pay more than $625 for an f50...i know its prob just me, but the f40 just puts it to shame as far as getting the butterfly feeling. F50 looks like a spaceship.
I noticed that as well... hmmmm. Seems like they just accidentally posted pics of the F40 along with all the other pics.
There was a previous thread on this here for an earlier listing on Ebay: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=267885 That earlier auction reached $540,100 with 26 bids. >8^) ER
The TT V-8 looks factory. Must he a very rare F50! Lol. Plus the targa top looks to be well integrated.
Of course the pictured TT V8 belongs to the F40 that is parked behind. You can see the auctioned F50 in the 4th-to-last picture...
btw i know the previous owner of both the f40 and f50 and they are good clean examples. My opinion on the price of the f50 is just my general opinion on what i wld be willing to pay for an f50. Has nothing to do with this specific example, which as i said i believe to be a prestine one!
honestly, if that is a US car, with all services, both tops, fuel cell recall, etc.....$825k seems like a decent deal. Not a steal....but it's a very rare car, and lots are euro/have stories.
and $176k with 20 bids http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=350296867540 then again, unfulfilled auctions mean little and eBay usually serves as only an venue of advertizing and introduction.
I said I'd pay up to $735K and the EBay listed one DECLINED. My rationale: Joe Sackey sold one sub $700K within last 12 months. Ferrari dealer principal would let 8000 mile example go at $715K. Have available to me high miled (11,000) perfect example, no expense spared EVER car at $650K.

The tires have been recently replaced with Pirelli P-Zero Corsa's, 245/35ZR 18's on the front and 335/30ZR 18's on the rear. We welcome 3rd party inspections on this truly unique piece of Ferrari history. 8,006 Miles Auction starts at $650k 'Reserve Not Met'
There are some good pics in that ad. In the pic with the keys, what is the rectangular piece with a computer chip on the end of it?
