I think she's jus' intentionally mugging for the camera so as to avoid the widespread posting of the picture on the internet in some chat room or something!

 

Who cares? She's also the same girl that is having a little 'taste' of the bill a few pictures down.

I remember reading in Playboy that TEXAS is the state providing most Miss America in the US, well at least it was by 80's. I knew of Texas when I was still in Japan in 70's as home of Cheryl Radd & Farrah Fawcett. And 2003 Miss Hooters were elected from Texas, too. She's from Lewisville or Irving or somewhere in that area.
