For the first time in years, and yes, based on pare-season testing, I believe this could be the most competitive F1 season in years. I have ignored the comments about the way the cars look, there have been a few times in the past fans were voicing their disgust at the appearance of the next generation F1 cars, but that soon fades away after the season starts.

This could be a historically great F1 season.

    Here is hopingl

I hope so Ron. Since 2009, everyone has been saying at the start of the season that it could be the best season, and most exciting. But hardly anything at all.

Keeping my fingers crossed here. 5 days to go before the Aussie GP qualifying..

+1....I don't care much about the hand-wringing. For the first time this decade, the WDC/WCC is not a foregone conclusion, depending only on unlikely malfunctions to make the season less predictable.

I'm looking forward to the weekend!
