I've been reading up on the designations of all of Ferrari's F1 cars from the past and today. I figured out the system...the first number is engine displacement, for example, the 248 in last year's car because it had a 2.4 liter engine. The 8 is for the amount of cylinders. The 1968 car (and others as well I'm sure) is 312F1, and Gilles Villeneuve's 1981 Monaco-winning car was named the 126CK, which I do not understand. I cannot find much information on Alain Prost or Niki Lauda's cars. I'm sure its on Grand Prix dot com or something but I couldn't find the names of all the F1 cars. Does anyone know them all or have a list or something? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
