Last year Schumacher's 2001 F1 car sold beyond the estimate for $7.5 Million:

Now his 2002 car is coming onto the block this November:

Then its announced (not to be outdone?) Niki Lauda's 1975 Championship car will be at Gooding & Co.

Will these car exceed the $7.5M high water mark? (Note: Niki's car is a "stick" LOL)
Or, are these owners cashing out while the getting is good?
With GTO's going for crazy money; is this the next place to diversify one's portfolio?

The timing is right for the ex-Lauda 312T. The care and feeding of a F1 car--especially a Ferrari--is an expensive proposition.
