Post here all yours pics about "F1 Clienti"
Here's a few from when I attended the Ferrari Finali Mondiali in Monza in '06; have a bunch more from the Corse Clienti facility in Maranello, but I can't find the cd right now Carol (disregard the time stamp on photos, not correct!) The Clienti customers make me turn green with envy. Seriously, those must be some of the luckiest people alive. If I'd win the lottery, that'd be the #1 item on my wish list. Join that club and drive the snot out of a Ferrari F1. Everything else is just toying in the sandbox.
Wow, you forget how much better the older cars looked until you see them again. The new ones look like **** compared to these. The F2000-F2003 cars are so beautiful.
I fully agree with you guys, the F399-F2004 are the good looking cars. Forget the ugly F60. Below shown are a few more Clienti pics from the Ferrari days at Hockenheim. I always appreciate it when these customers wear a helmet in the colors of the original driver of the car. I don't quite understand why anybody wouldn't automatically do that.
If it was me, I'd feel a bit too much like I was pretending to be the original driver of the car to use their helmet design (I wonder what the original drivers would say about it?) and would probably have one of my own made up. Not that what I would do is likely to be tested anyway... even if I could one day afford it, I doubt my other half would let me. All the best, Andrew.
In that many of the cars were driven by the same driver could be confusing. Not that I wouldn't learn to cope
This F1 belongs to a very nice American owner. This car wons Indianapolis in 2001. I have plenty of pics of it, taken in Maranello and Monaco. I will post here in incoming days.
Okay, I can understand that argument. My thinking is, that it is pretty obvious that these guys are not the real deal and therefore the correct helmet is just paying more hommage to the real guys. But I get your point.
Few more F1 Clienti photos. On the fifth photo, you can see Schumachers signature on the head rest. wolfman Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Ok, with so much happiness in this parade, I need to sprinkle some rain: Are there any clienti cars out there that carry the #2 driver's livery?
Some of the pics in the first set are of RBs old car if thats what you mean. Great pics everyone by the way
