It works rather well. I did the F1 bleed and cycling through gears this morning using this tool. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wow ..Impressive ..Now just need to get my hands on a full scuderia wsm Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
What process /procedure did you follow ..Does it have an automated bleed process ? Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
There is a bleed and actuate gears option. Give it a shot. Get yourself an android tablet and install the software by following the instructions on the video posted by mechanicservice6. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I will soon but was just curious on how you open and close the bleed screws, on block and ediff ..Maybe it is simple but was curious ..Can't seem to find that procedure anywhere Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
Is it as simple as loosening the 3 screws on block and run program Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk
I gave a few away.... i can provide ferrari software only free... if you need all brands then thats with a fee. Pm me Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
Seems like you can set PIS manually. I've only tried bleeding the F1 system, which works great with this tool.
Is the xpro3 only available on Android? I've got AE but would be good to have something on my iPhone that i'd have with me all the time. John
I dont believe you can buy Xdiag pro3 from the Google play store or the Apple App store. There is a basic one called Xdiag, but that is about it. You can buy Xdiag Pro 3, which is installed on an android tablet straight from the supplier, for about $1,500. The diagnostic data was extracted by a user, along with the .apk from the Xdiag Pro3 tablet (to install Xdiag Pro3 on a regular Android device) and shared with us. The generic Xdiag software which you can get from the Google Play store is ONLY used to register the Bluetooth dongle which you have to purchase sperately. Once the Bluetooth dongle is signed and paired with the generic Xdiag android app, you then install the supplied Xdiag Pro3 application (generously provided by MechanicService) and transfer over the folder found within the generic Xdiag software, which has your bluetooth device's serial number as the name of the folder, transfer that over to the Xdiag Pro3 folder in the android device.... check out the installation vids that were provided earlier.
Thanks' for your reply. Do you (or anyone else), know if the software allows you to read movement on outgoing shaft? If so, I believe it's possible to do a manual set up (this is critical if one want's to do a manual set up). Been following the thread quite thoroughly as I'm doing a clutch change on my 360 F1. Can someone state the exact hardware needed (if I get it right, it's an Android tablet and the Amazon dongle - right).?
Dongle and android tablet will eork just fine..... you can get it in apple but the device has to be jailbroken.... if so i would direcr you to someone that can get the iphone software for a fee. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
I am not sure if the software has the function to read movement on outgoing shaft. There is a PIS adaptation and also a separate Clutch Configuration function, that might have what you are looking for. As far as hardware, an android device with 3GB of free space (needed to install the software). I purchased the following 16GB android tablet: https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-8-Inch-Tablet-Titanium/dp/B00V49LL90/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1489964249&sr=1-1&keywords=samsung+tablet The dongle you need is this one here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F5F2P3E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Well, might just as well be the Guinea pig here. Some of you might have stumbled across my thread regarding why my clutch was slipping (faulty throw out bearing). I have ordered new parts (incl clutch), and will try this software out for setting PIS manually (if I can get the darn thing working - tablet AND 360 that is . I'll keep ya'll updated. Mick
I purchased the adapter and tablet, receiving both 3/21. Will advise also. I did '03 360 clutch due to rear main seal leak. Very easy / straightforward. Very familiar with OEM and an aftermarket diagnostic unit - from the video's and discussions so far it seems this is on par.
Just an FYI regarding this software and the 360, over the weekend I tested the software on Speedracer800's 360 Challenge Stradale. I am not sure if the Stradale has a different ECU & TCU from a regular 360 modena, but I was unable to get any gearbox readings.
Yup, the software in the 360CS TCU is different (an item I already have bought and intend to install), compared to std Modena. By the look of the vid on YouTube it seems like there is a way to do the PIS setup manually. Although the vid is of a 430... Might be different?
Yes, for the F430 it looks like there is a way to set up the PIS manually using Xdiag Pro3. That function might not exist for the 360 CS. Let us know how it goes. Thanks
got my adapter today and got the video but im missing something- software is downloaded and extracted to PC- got the dongle activated- license moved but when i opened x431 pro there was no list - and cleared the cache like shown- i think one of the folders in moving is corrupted - im reloading them to the note4 now - i deleted lots of the brands that i will never want to use it on- will update tomorrow
not quite awake -- when i copied the folder from the PC to the android i tried to copy from the easydiag folder direct to the x431 folder within the fone itself and that didnt seem to work - the fone seemed to crash - it had no problems moving files in and out to PC but changing the name of a folder on the pc to the handset seemed to be an issue-- i deleted all the folders within the serial # folder and did all the changes on the PC- then copied everything within the folder on the pc to the android- cleared all cache and data on the x431- restarted it and now its showing the icons for the brands i want.. will try connecting to my 430 tomorrow and a f350 to see how it works-
I had a little bit of trouble loading mine ... due to using a MacBook so I used my work pc to transfer files. Here are a couple of screen shots of the gearbox options. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
