Ok think about they knew they had problems with tyre wear from the get-go, so I would imagine that all their resources would be thrown at trying to solve that issue yes ..agree.

So ok they took up the opportunity to test with Pirelli, it was a pirelli test, yes there are some grey areas with it, Redbull had been asked they refused, so do you blame them, given they had the apparent go ahead from the FIA.

Regarding this race, it's still apparent that Merc's qualifying pace is far superior to their race pace. Vettel has an 18 second lead.

Nico's not going to get much out of his tires locking them up like that.
