should be "which schumi fan would have thuoght kimi scored so many points in his 2nd part of his career already"
I remember we had an interesting thread and poll about who will score his first podium. That didn't last for too long.
Yeah now he can change gearbox or something without being penalized for the next race. I had preferred the Hambone finished.
Give it a rest, everyone loves when Ferrari wins...no one loves someone gloating..I enjoy your f1 posts about your travels , experiences etc....but you embarrass yourself evertime you post like this....
Seb ends up 5th after 20 sec penalty http://www.planetf1.com/news/3213/7926891/Vettel-Loses-P2-After-Penalty Seb calls Hamilton's race with him from a lap down "stupid". Let's just say, Seb is not a happy camper this weekend.
On another note, who the hell decided to pit MS from 5th? Mercedes remains incompetent. Much slower pitstops than anyone else, too. Hell of a pass from MS on Hulkenburg though.
Both Saubers would have passed had he not pitted anyway, they were lapping a second quicker. At least with the final stop Michael had fresh rubber and set some impressive lap times and was a breath away from passing Perez. The Sauber is just incredibly easy on tires.
Looking at the replay, it seems clear Massa misjudged the car in front and hit his front wing on the rear tire as he tried to pull to the side. ugh!
Their tires could have gone off. I would take my chances with one of the best defenders in the business (MS) being able to at least hold one of them off. This race just showed how far MB have regressed. They might be slower than they were at this point in the season LAST YEAR. Food for thought. Had Webber not had his gearbox penalty and Hamilton not had the puncture, MS would have been struggling for a top 10. The car is slow. Those "upgrades" you spoke of obviously didn't do jack, because they were minimal. Their development pace just doesn't have it, anyone can see that. Again, I direct you to that absurdly rudimentary exhaust relative to their rivals. HOWEVER, MS's comments in this article are interesting: Schumacher admits it was disappointing to go backwards at the start, but then went all cryptic about some "interesting happenings in the future". "It was busy but in the wrong way. We did not have the bit extra to get Sergio Perez under pressure and start overtaking," he told BBC Sport. "It wasn't qualifying I had to save fuel at certain moments. We take the result and see what happens in future. I think we might see some interesting happenings in the future that does not concern just one car but several cars. It will be interesting." Any idea what he's referring to here?
Great job Fred!! Let's hope the Ferrari engineers don't become lazy thinking the car is where it needs to be just because of your heroic results.
