F1 loose pin??

    Was under the car just now. There's a threaded pin in the f1 actuator. It has flats on the threads and a nyloc nut on it. The pin sticks out the bottom of the shielding. Seems to be adjustment for something.
    I was wipeing it up and it's loose, i can turn the nut and threaded section about 90degs. and it stops and back the same way.
    So whats its for, is it suppose to be like that, do I need to adjust it tighten it.

    Here's a actual picture of the unit with the nut and threads painted in yellow that sticks out the bottom. Mine can rotate in the car nut and thread together.
    Anybody know if ita mounting bolt, adjusting nut, that is meant to be like this.
