    I'm assuming you're referring to Barcelona?

    Last I read that it was caused by an overpressure in one of the fueling rigs. If that's the case you probably won't hear much more about it as these things are dealt with discretely behind the scenes: These are regulated devices and it'd be somewhat embarrassing to the FIA to lay out the blame in public.

    Translation: Devices whose manufacturer most likely pays a lot of money to the right people for them to mandate their usage :)
    Although admittedly, we haven't seen a fuel rig failure during the race for a long time - I remember quite well when essentially every race Sunday, someone's race was ruined by a fuel rig malfunction.
