    F1 RACE PARTY - This Sunday Morning, August 29th

    You are invited to watch the "Grand Prix of Belgium" Formula One race this
    Sunday morning, August 29.

    The recorded race coverage will begin at 10:00AM at Bison Creek Pizza
    (www.bisoncreekpizza.com), a motorsports friendly establishment that
    serves great food, a big screen TV for viewing the race and safe parking
    for your Ferraris. Please show your support for "our" team by wearing
    Ferrari apparel and driving your Ferrari.

    Directions from I-5 or 405:
    Head west on I-405/SR-518 towards the Sea-Tac airport. Stay on 518 West
    until you get to Burien. Keep to the left lanes and turn left (south) on 1st
    Avenue South.

    Proceed through the first light (SW 152nd) and turn right at the very next
    street (SW 153rd).

    Go 5 1/2 blocks (through the 4-way stop) to the 600 block. Bison Creek Pizza
    in on the right.

    The weather should be nice on Sunday.

    How about a drive after the race is over (about 12PM)?

    Maybe do a southend drive along the water thru Des Moines, Redondo, Dash Point, Browns Point.... possibly down to Pt. Defiance in Tacoma??

    doesn't sound too bad....I like south end stuff!!!! Car hasn't been out for a while so might be a good excuse.

    I meant to talk to you about that! If you ever need a "neighbor" to come "exercise" your car while you're away just let me know. It's the least a neighborly kinda guy like me could do!!

    Mike has to work alone at Bison Creek on race morning, so there won't be a breakfast buffet this time around. Sorry...

    He will have coffee and donuts available though.

    I think their kitchen fires up around 11:30AM when the other workers arrive and I'll probably just order a pizza for lunch before the race ends.
