    Hello,

~ I noticed Melbourne's start time was moved up from its usual 11:00pm Saturdaynight (USA central standard time) to 1:00am Sunday. It apears Mylasa's start time is also being moved up two hours (4:00am) Is this something new for all races? Does anyone have the start times for the 2009 season in USA time?

    Thanks

I'm not sure but since there aren't any North American races left F1 may be focusing on Europe fans and making sure they get to see the races at a normal time.

This may be one of the conflicts between FIA and FOTA: Bernie is focusing on Euro TV to the exclusion of the Americas, and the manufacturers don't want to snub some of the world's largest markets.

The Malaysian race starts 3 hours later than the Australian one. So in the UK Australia started at 7am and Malaysia will start at 10am.

    Which USA time? :)

Seriously, your best bet is the official F1 site (www.formula1.com) - They have a countdown timer for each race that shows the start times for all the practices, quali etc - Assuming your 'puter has it's clock set correctly (ie, your time zone) it will show these times in your local time zone.

    Cheers,
    Ian
