As I predicted, the mysterious "bad luck" that never hits Hamilton hits Bottas, no... Russell, no... Bottas, no... RUSSELL.

 

Its seems Mercedes was out of sync at certain points without Hamilton today. Hamilton is good at persuading the team on decisions.

 

I wonder if Russell even had a puncture so the team could pull him into pit and not win with Lewis out. I wouldn't be surprised if something comes out later the tire puncture was really a faulty sensor...

I think HAM is looking into Clorox, UV rays or any other treatments to get back next week because one more performance like this from Russell and people will start to think that maybe the car he drives is the real reason he has soooo many wins and titles.

News flash: Perez won in a year-old Merc. Imagine what he or another driver could do in a current Merc. Oh wait, we just saw what a decent or good driver (Bottas and Stroll excluded) can do in a Merc.

In the meantime, HAM has been racking up wins and titles like never before and believing (like his fans) it’s ALL down to him.

 

... and Bottas should be very happy to already have a contract, if Russell's performance questions Hamilton's talent for Bottas it seems there are no questions left.

Like I said in the other thread put almost anyone in that car and you’ll have a 7-time world champ. It’s just too bad for Bottas that he is not good enough to beat HAM...he might go down in history as a non-wdc with the most points ever scored in F1 lmao.
